To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VidFlowAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
